Payments

I agree to use a payment link that splits the transaction at source, so ApreeCourt gets their commission and I get the balance payment

Social Media Profile

I agree to give access to my social media platforms so that the closer Agency can attend to customers that come to make enquiries

Delivery of Products

I agree to handle the training programme and delivery of physical products involved

Employees

I agree not to solicit or encourage any Company employees, contractors, or affiliates to leave the Company's employment or engagement during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 3 months thereafter.

Digital Marketing

I agree to bear the cost of the Digital Marketing using Digital Marketers recommended by ApreeCourt Solutions

I agree to pay a refundable commitment fee

Commitment Fee - $ 50,000.00

This fee is refundable and will be deducted from the commission we take. It is to ensure that we have the customer working with us and does not stop the work abruptly.
